Payoneer Payouts Integration

We are the company in Armenia. The payments come from users by subscription. We have the following question: do we need DoDo integration with Payoneer to payout money to our company’s account in Armenia, or we can directly payout from DoDo to Armenia account? Any new step and integration makes the payment system more complicated, long and costly.
