Payment Failed Due to Client Bank Account Closed – Refund Issue

I attempted to process a payment through Dodo Payments, but the client's card/bank account was closed, which caused the payment to be automatically cancelled.

I tried multiple times, but the payment could not be completed. I contacted support and sent an email regarding this issue.

I would like guidance on how refunds or failed payments are handled in such cases, and if there is any feature or process improvement planned to manage these situations.
