Option to disable subscription cancellation in customer portal

It would be very helpful to have an option to disable the subscription cancellation button in the customer portal.

Use Case: For certain business models or subscription types, merchants may want to prevent customers from directly cancelling their subscriptions through the portal. Instead, they might want customers to contact support for cancellation, which allows them to:

  • Understand the reason for cancellation

  • Offer alternatives or solutions to retain the customer

  • Handle cancellations through a more controlled process

  • Reduce involuntary churn by addressing issues before cancellation

Proposed Solution: Add a toggle setting in the product/subscription settings that allows merchants to:

  • Hide the "Cancel Subscription" button from the customer portal

  • Optionally display a custom message directing customers to contact support for cancellation

  • This should be configurable per product or globally for all subscriptions

This feature would give merchants more control over their customer retention process while still maintaining a good user experience.
