ID Verification

Hello Dodo Payments team,

I am trying to complete verification for ClearScribe AI as an individual founder based in Lebanon.

My product is a SaaS/AI transcription and productivity platform for subscriptions, Developer API access, and future usage-based credits.

When I select Lebanon as the country of my government ID, the verification flow says: “Unable to verify identities in this country. Please select another country.”

Can you confirm whether Dodo Payments supports manual identity verification for Lebanon-based individual merchants?

If individual verification from Lebanon is not supported, can you advise what setup is required to use Dodo Payments legally for ClearScribe AI? For example, would I need a registered entity in another supported country?
