Disable "Initiate Refund" button when refunded successfully

When a payment is already refunded, it's better to disable "Initiate Refund" button and also highlight such transaction somehow so it's easier to notice that sale.

Sometimes the sale could be a problematic, so highlighting refunds will be good.
