Bank verification stuck at submitted for > 2 weeks

My bank verification has been stuck at submitted for around 2-3 weeks now. Live payments are activated and I have made multiple test payments and refunds all of which are working correctly, but my bank verification is stuck at submitted status and payouts page is inactive. Please help resolve this at the earliest. Thanks!
