₹5 Subscription for Indian Users Fails Due to $1 Minimum Amount Restriction

Subscriptions with a price of ₹5 for Indian users are currently not working and show an error related to the $1 minimum amount requirement.

As mentioned in our documentation, we need to allow low-value subscriptions for Indian users. This limitation should be handled accordingly so ₹5 subscriptions can work as expected.
